To hear the 'Speech' in ENGLISH (American accent) (applicable to audio-enabled documents)

After downloading the Speech document, within Adobe Reader,
press 'Shift Ctrl Y' (Alt A) keys to ACTIVATE/DEACTIVATE the 'Read out loud' option;
press 'Shift Ctrl B' (Alt E) keys to ENABLE the 'Read out loud' option;
press 'Shift Ctrl E' (Alt S) keys to DISABLE the 'Read out loud' option.
